I disagree with this statement because it's up to the person who took this picture and posted it if anybody else should be allowed to use it and use it for his/her own purposes. Some people who post pictures would not want other people to use it because it's with that person's hard work and efforts that that person took a great picture, and if people use that picture without crediting the photographer, then that person will not receive credit and will not get what that person deserves, and the person who took the picture without asking for permission basically "stole" the picture then. Unless the photographer says that you can use the picture with his/her permission, people should not be able to use it just like that.
